At Wowowtoys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, and securely seal the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
